2. With seeds of papaya:

Papaya seeds are very fruitful in menstruate pain and irregular periods. For this, crush the dry seeds of papaya properly.

3. With cumin:

Add ½ tea spoon of cumin powder and one teaspoon of honey in the one glass of warm water. You should take this drink 1-2 times daily during periods only. It will relief your pain during periods.


4. With basil:

Basil is amazing herb or medicine. Take the 7-8 leaves of basil and boil with the 1 cup of water. Filter this water and drink in the sip-sip way.

5. With celery:

Mix half tea spoon of Celery and salt and take the little bit with 1 glass of warm water. This will reduce your pain during your periods.
